Have you tried Yoga? I have and I must say, I was a HUGE skeptic. I was too busy for “Me Time”, I thought stopping all of the millions of things I needed to do and get done in the very short amount of hours I had in a day, to lay an a mat and “pose” was just silly and really, how much could it possibly do? Then I cam upon Ho-Ho-Kus Yoga. To be honest , I only went because a dear friend opened it and I like to support my friends and local businesses.
I HAVE BEEN SAVED!!!
After a week of classes, yes, one short week, I have noticed many changes.
1) NO MORE BACK PAIN. I won’t bore you with my chronic back pain story – suffice it to say, it is a miracle!
2) I FEEL A SENSE OF CALM. I breath, I don;t freak out on my kids, I know it will all work out.
3) I LIVE FOR THE CALM OF THE MAT. Me time? You’re lucky now if you get any you time! I need to keep the priorities straight. I COUNT TOO!
