One of the things I enjoy about living in Bergen County is all of the fun activities and events that are going on in the area constantly.
While it’s great that we live so close to all the attractions that New York City has to offer, I’m here to tell you that Bergen County has plenty of fun events to offer its residents as well!

Plenty of Community Events to Enjoy This Month in New Jersey
Bear Documentary: Bring your whole family along for a screening of this fascinating and educational documentary titled “Living with NJ Black Bears.” This film will discuss the black bear’s living habits as well its relationship with humans in neighboring communities

Musical Performance: Come out for an evening of fine music as the St. Petersburg State Orchestra performs Tschaikowski.

Film Festival: During the 1st Annual Black History Mont Arts & Film Festival, you and your family will have the opportunity to learn about the cultural impact that the African American communities has had on the country and region in the last several years.

Play Performance: Come watch a performance of “The Heiress,” by Bergenstages. This play, which was created in 1947, was originally written by American playwrights Ruth and Augustus Goetz. Since then, it has won a number of accolades, including the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play.
